{"id":6957,"date":"2020-12-11T13:32:49","date_gmt":"2020-12-11T13:32:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.barfix.fi\/2020\/12\/11\/three-restaurants-in-the-triple\/"},"modified":"2024-10-04T12:54:49","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T12:54:49","slug":"three-restaurants-in-the-triple","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.barfix.fi\/en\/2020\/three-restaurants-in-the-triple\/customer-experiences\/6957\/","title":{"rendered":"Three restaurants in the Triple"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr>\n<h1>Quality and quality equipment<\/h1>\n<p>  Planning and opening the three new restaurants in Tripla shopping centre at the same time was an intensive effort, helped by a long collaboration.<br \/>\n&#8211; The customer knows what we can offer and what our equipment can do,&#8221; says <strong>Veijo M\u00e4kinen<\/strong>, Barfix sales manager.<br \/>\nDesigning and opening three restaurants was challenging because each concept restaurant was new and different in terms of functionality.<br \/>\nThe technology to be installed in them required careful planning.<br \/>\nOluthuone Ratamo, located near Pasila railway station, is a busy transit point.<br \/>\nRestaurant manager <strong>Vessu Juvonen<\/strong> describes the restaurant as a cosy meeting place where you can enjoy a good beer or two before continuing your journey.<br \/>\nDespite the compact square footage downstairs, the space has 18 taps and an incredible amount of technology.<br \/>\n&#8211; The design of the tank farm started with the idea of how to cleverly fit so many taps and a washing line into the space,&#8221; says Veijo M\u00e4kinen.<br \/>\nThe taps at Oluthuone Ratamo are tailor-made and made to measure to suit the number of taps, style and space.<br \/>\nThe brushed steel taps are discreet.<br \/>\nThey are not meant to steal attention from the beers that are changing on tap.<br \/>\nRestaurant Freddes and Urban Rabbit at the other end of the mall have different concepts.<br \/>\nYou come there to eat, have a good time and spend time.<br \/>\nThe taps in both restaurants have been specially designed to match the interior design of the restaurant world.<br \/>\nThey are coated with patinated copper.<br \/>\nUrban Rabbit has eight different products on tap, while Freddes has the same number of taps but only four products.                 <figure id=\"attachment_2794\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2794\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2794 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.barfix.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/tripla-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2794\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Ratamo beer room has two nine-tap taps.<br \/>\nTwo of these have house wine, the others beer and cider.<br \/>\nThe taps are made of brushed steel.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<h2>Focus on ergonomics<\/h2>\n<p>  The concept of the Ratamo beer room has been made fast and efficient. Juvonen says that with Barfix solutions, the throughput rate is ferocious. Everything is designed so that the waiter can use one hand to operate the cash register and the other to pour the drink from the tap, no matter where he stands at the counter. Super ergonomic and the fastest bar I&#8217;ve ever worked in,&#8221; says Juvonen. Freddes and Urban Rabbit have also taken ergonomics into account. In all three restaurants, ergonomics have been taken into account in the design of the tap tables. Waiters can get close to the taps and Freddes has dispensing taps. The correct portion size is poured into the glass at the push of a button, and the waiter does not need to hold the tap, as the glass is placed in a specially designed holder.  <figure id=\"attachment_2795\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2795\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2795 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.barfix.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/tripla-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1055\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2795\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Urban Rabbit and Freddes&#8217; beer taps are designed for interior design and style.<br \/>\nThey are coated with patinated copper.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<h2>Quick couplings for gases<\/h2>\n<p>  In the Ratamo beer room you can try dozens of different beers.<br \/>\nThat&#8217;s why it&#8217;s essential to be able to change the desired gas quickly and easily using quick connectors to suit the beer in question.<br \/>\nAnd because the beer lines need to be washed every couple of weeks, Barfix has also supplied washing machines for both Ratamo and Urban Rabbit.<br \/>\nThis ensures that hygiene and beer quality remain high.<br \/>\nThe line guards and the washing machine have been embedded in minimal space without compromising their usability.<br \/>\n&#8211; The washing line significantly speeds up the work and, above all, ensures that no detergents are splashed on staff and that the premises remain clean.       <figure id=\"attachment_2796\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2796\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2796 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.barfix.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/tripla-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2796\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Beer room A line guard installed in the warehouse at the railway station cuts off the supply of beer when the tank is empty.<br \/>\nReplacing a new keg is quick and easy, with no interruptions and no waste in beer distribution.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quality and quality equipment Planning and opening the three new restaurants in Tripla shopping centre at the same time was an intensive effort, helped by a long collaboration. &#8211; The customer knows what we can offer and what our equipment can do,&#8221; says Veijo M\u00e4kinen, Barfix sales manager.
