When your restaurant sells several litres of wine a day, it is logistically easier to use a wine tap.

Normally a Bag-in-Box (2/3/10 litres) is connected to the tap, but bottled wine can also be used.
It is poured into an RST container (9 or 18 litres) and protected by a food seal.

The tap is available with or without refrigeration.
Often red wines also need to be chilled, in which case you should make sure that the wine is not too warm when poured into the glass.

The wine storage is easy to maintain.
Washing is normally done every 3 months and can be done by yourself (or by Barfix).

The tap can be placed either in view of customers or in the back bar.
Technically, the placement is very free.
Any beer tap can be used, but there are also special models designed for wine, such as keg ends and so on.
